Hey friends! I’m Evelina- lifelong traveler, solo female adventurer, and aspiring storyteller at your service.
My passion for people and cultures blossomed while studying cultural anthropology at the University of Ottawa, Canada. But I learned fast that the magic happens outside the classroom. Talking to strangers, wandering cobblestoned streets, tasting local delicacies…that’s the good stuff!
Traveling alone as a woman has its challenges, sure. But it’s also deeply rewarding. Without others depending on me, I’m free to make my own way. I can take detours, make local friends, and soak up each new destination on my own terms. Don’t get me wrong, solo travel isn’t for everyone. But for me, it’s a path to self-discovery and resilience. It empowers me to break barriers, challenge assumptions, and connect with people from all walks of life.
My adventures have taken me from the hustle and bustle of world capitals to tiny villages most folks have never heard of. I never know exactly where I’ll end up next, and I kinda like it that way! But my mission remains the same: to share stories and inspiration from the road less traveled.
